Well, hell with it. Im in for master nationals 2012. Im going to start my prep for this show on Jan 1. Yes, that is correct im going to diet (YES Diet) for the full 7 months before this show. What I mean by that is im going to stay very lean, but continue to grow into the show. So I'll be eating more cals, but I'll do it very clean. I will only have one cheat meal per week. Then at 10 weeks out I will stop all cheat meals, until after the show. Im going to start training at my old gym by my work (sportworx) it is by far the best gym in the state. They have DB up to 200lbs, tons, and tons of hammer strengh. A stair climber machine for cardio. A glute/ham raise machine. EVERYTHING I need to win this show. This year, all my cardio will be on the stair climber machine. Im going to have straited glutes no matter what. I will kill my abs to be thicker, and tighter. I'll do everything, I possiable can do to bring out my best. Im not done yet, im just getting started. My time is now !!!

Great to hear that your getting ready for Master's nationals..did you ever see Raising the Bar 2 and 3? those DVD's chronicle Dave Pulcinella experience getting ready for masters nationals for two consecutive years I believe.
Are you prepping yourself again? or are you hiring someone? Shelby, Alex A, John Meadows etc. I know a couple of years back you worked with Magnum and you were in great shape when you competed at nationals back in 09 I believe. I hope that you continue to give us weekly or daily progess reports...your posts are always informative.

Its great that you train at a hardcore gym...didn't you train at DePaepe's gym for awhile? I used to train at a hardcore place in Brooklyn, NY.. 5th Ave Bodybuilding gym..however it closed down in July...the last owner ran it into the ground...he just didn't care ( he has money..and wasn't really into training that much..it was merely a passing phase at the time he decided to buy the gym)

I certainly wish you well Big Chris..

Good for you Chris, I think your plan is rock solid. It is exactly what Frank Zane use to do. He would stay lean and grow into the competition.

I agree with you 100% on this Chris.. If you can't grow at sportworx you won't grow anywhere that place has it all.. And for your abs I think that is the only thing you are lacking if anything on your body bro.. Good luck with your goals..

yep i just needed a few days to get over it...its done, time to move on...:bber:

I look at everything in a simple context. If I don't do this, will I regret it. For me it's that simple. I think your hitting your best years. Do you have a serious and stringent "supplementation plan" in the works? Youve got such a great frame and no weaknesses to speak of, you just need more sideshow freakiness. That is what I've been doing since my last show and all through 2012. 2013 is going to have a sick looking Dude on an NQ stage.

yeah, plus I just hired Eric Posejapal for my prep next year. He is helping with my offseason, and contest prep. He is from chicago, and can see me once a month in the offseason, and twice a month during prep. We are about 4 hours apart from each other.

Im glad to hear your still going for it, I hate to hear when someone has that crushed feeling

Have you used anyone in the past?
