Did kick ass at the gym. Squats, hack squats, leg press, then calves. 20 min elliptical and abs.
 
so you were on IGF from 4/28-5/28, And im assuming your going to get back on in the next few days? Whats your plan, are you going to run it for 3 months? Are you currently bulking, maintaining, or leaning out?
 
Im planning on leaning up more... Im at a sticking point. Im hoping once the IGF gets here, i can drop some more bf.
 
Hey NS that prop does the same to me as it would to you except it gives me lots of energy but ya it keeps me horney all the time but I live with it.
If you don't drink etoh the water will drop and you will lose too many carbs in the etoh----sugar holds water

try the prop it helps to lean you out too love the stuff i never come off only adjust up and down:D

Yes, drink is a bitch. Im hung over. Dont feel like training. Might go back to bed. I had a lot of fun though.

Took the last couple days off the diet. Had a strong workout before i left. I bet im somewhere around 235 tomorrow morning.
 
presser is going to save me with an order from here!!

I did 40 minutes of cardio lastnight. 20 elliptical, and 20 run, then did abs. I felt a lot better cause of all the carbs i had over the weekend. Plan on doing a 30 min run tonight, abs, back, bi, traps...
 
ok, thanks to press, we should see some weight loss. I just got my package in the mail. took 40mcg right when i got it. He also shipped me some clo, and some nolvadex. things should be back to normal.

233lbs this morning. Back on track. last night i ran for 30 min, did back, bi, and traps. Feeling really good. diet is in check.

Today is 40 minutes of cardio and abs.

not sure if you'll still think that after yesterday:

234 lbs waist is still at 38". I was scheduled to do cardio last night, but i had some knee pain, shin pain, and decided to give it a rest. I think its from all the running. Diet yesterday was a little off, had a jimmy john's sandwich for lunch, I had some bread with dinner, and a ice cream cookie....

Im skipping cardio today, but plan on hitting legs heavy again today. Only reason for skipping cardio is i have my daughter here with me and dont want to put her into the gym daycare for longer than an hour.

I have to work at the bar for the next 3 nights. Sucks cause im so ready for a drink, but i need to stay focused.

Come on keep me goin here ---getting harder total loss is 10 pounds for me but leaner and harder looking. There was a clown at the gym tonight looked like he lives in the tanning bed not too big but cut walks around with his bag puts it down does some lt wt movement then looks around more gets in his bag and gets out the coconut oil so he glistens more. Now this guy looks oiled down for competing---yuk and smearing it all over the gym equip. Husband said he was staring at me when I did the t-bar with 3 plates and a quarter. oh well i stared back couldn't figure this guy out reminded me of a cartoon.

come on get crankin on the wts and cardio and tell me your progress.
 
hey how tall are you? what % body fat do you think your at? when you measure your waist, is it resting, pushed out, or are you tightening up your abs?
