Since I hurt my left quad where ties into hip "abductor" i havent been ab le to do squats or lunges this is second week im goin to try again next week or maybe one more off. SOOOO, i did leg extensions first as always and single leg. .. reps 50, 40, 30, 20. Laying ham raises reps 50, 40, 30, 20. leg press legs higher on platform toes slight outwardto try to hit teardrop more 40, 30, 20, 15 reps, then single leg presses 20, 20, 15. back to leg ext two leg drop sets, then ham drop sets. high vol and reps and nothing heavy but good tiring pumps. just focused on fillin the muscle with blood. hope able to get back heavy soon!
