I went and killed some IHOP today. From here on out, its just going to be alot of the heathly stuff.
 
Do you slowly drop things like dairy or do you simply start lowering calories with cleaner meals.

Good question, im not sure how nuk nuk is going to do it but im looking to lose 30lbs and do it fast as possible, i would like to lose about 10-15lbs per month so in 2-3 months time I am where I want to be!

And im going to go into emergency mode as if i had a show in 2 months ,lol

Its one thing to say it and another to do it, so we'll see I suppose. Not looking forward to this either

I go strictly to a diet and eat what I will be eating through out the diet. I just eat more. Every meal is planned and on paper and I just go by that. As of now, I am eating 600grams of carbs, and 450 grams of protein. All is in diet food. Cardio starts at 4 days a week.
