About 2 months after my right tricep tendon surgery, my Left Wrist started feeling some pain, sharp pain.
2 months ago I finally got it x-rayed bc it felt like it was fractured. I saw no fractures.
This whole time a Physical Therapy guy that works out at my gym told me it's from overcompensating for the right arm, 2 days ago he manuevered it bc I told him it still hurts. He told me it was def the ligament that is messed up, and that they heal but it can take weeks and weeks and weeks to do so.
This morning I woke up and wrist was bent in the direction of the side of the thumb (going medial-laterally) I straigtened it to pick up phone, and heard a click and it hurt like a mother fucker, and felt like my metacarpals sat back into my carpals the way the should have been. WTF is going on, im not that old but seemingly falling apart somedays... Im thinking of wearing a wrist brace at night.
But what is your guys input??
