I'd been runnin test only at 800mg a week and holding at about 214. In the last week or two ive added tren hex 300mg a week, insulin post workout, anadrol 100mg a day. my diet is bascally as follows with one cheat meal a week normally sat or sunday night .

meal 1 - 6 whole eggs omega 3's, with 2 cups of oats
meal 2 - protein shake 50g (ON gold stnd) , with ultra fuel
meal 3 - 8 oz chicken , cup shredded potatoes, salad with macad oil/vinegar
meal 4 - same as 2
meal 5 - same as 3 give or take chicken/ 93-7 beef / turkey
meal 6 - 6 whole eggs omega 3's , cup grits

gal water - gal 1/2 water daily

been doin this diet roughly a month to five weeks. maybe up two to three pounds on scale a week ago which was 214 or so . .

tonight i weighed. . knew was a lot more vascular, full feeling, but pants still fit same. . so i jumped on scale just to see. . 225 1/4 :weight:!!!

anyway yes im going thru 6 to 7 dozen eggs a week! lol , my wife eats two a day so thats another dozen a week! anyway goin to do this thru the end of the year then hop on keto type diet and up my cardio from 20min 3 days a week to 45 5 days a week and go from there. . maybe more. show is end of feb. still feelin pretty lean but that weight gain has me thinkin. . . insulin? adrol/tren hex? or just all. anyway just fillin u guys in :show:

Its by twin lab bro . .vitaminshoppe, amazon, could prob use carbolyze for same thing. anyway, I'm 6' on the dot! btw i sub out sweet potatoes for shredded some days, oats for grits. . just according but i stick to the meals. i keep the eggs in and just make sure im etting my 8 oz of meat.
 
before i started eating clean all the time and ate fast food with gear and just ate shitty foods always i'd weigh 255 260 in off season but i just looked like a bloated fish lol. ive been much more happy since decided to compete this past year and get my diet in order year around . slower gains but quality i think. . of course still some water because i dont monitor salt until i must but with ur own food i guess its nothin like the sodium in the restaurants still!!
 
I'm about 6'1" and 260lbs.. But I get wat ever I want.. I need to diet better.. So I don't look like shit anymore.. lol
 
i weighed 262 2 years ago winter, before i did a show in July i was 246 in 20 weeks i dieted down to 189, then i jumped quick up to 220 after show eating shitty again. then i started my diet and cardio back and lost down to 210 and started gaining slow. . but after this deit im doin now, the gear im taking now ive put some on! but as i said my waist line feels about the same and i was shocked! i even take a diuretic herb daily, just to help with excess sodium and bp. . but ill go keto again about 8 weeks or so out and really up my cardio more
 
You'll really appreciate eating clean when it comes to your next show prep. It'll be far easier for you and you'll thank yourself for eating clean year round
