burning it out more, feeling the squeeze more, and doing much less weight. After 2 weeks ago when I got 4 plates and a 25 on each side for 10 reps on the sitdown hammerstrength bench I proved the point to myself that I was back. 2-3 months after my surgery (6 months ago) I couldnt do 10 pounds with my right arm, so I did it as a mental game, now I passed and its time to go lighter with better quality and more reps, way more. I hate chest day, we were in there for almost 3 hours (cardio included)
