Let me be the first to say Chris, I am proud of you! Making a strong comeback serves as a way to shut up the haters and motivate others. I have always hit you up with questions in the past and you always answered them with no problem. You are a good brother and family man. Go get em son! I will be following closely, especially the diet aspect.

One question Chris, why is your protein at 40 grams a meal? A big guy like you I would figure at least 50-60 grams a meal. Thanks.
 
hiramabiff, we need to hook up and train sometime...I would love to talk to ya...im sorry we coundnt get a prep for ya together..but I do have more time, if you would like to work something out

The body can only assimilate so much at one time. 40 is where we are starting to see how he responds. Note he is eating 8x per day...we are trying to ramp up his metabolism with smaller more frequent meals...hell i might put him at 10 meals per day depending on how he responds...at 320g protein per day he is still eating roughly 1.25g/lb bodyweight.

Chris is shooting for 230lbs for the iowa show i believe

Well, its seems to work for me...I have used it in the past, and gotten very lean with it, and held on to the musle good with it..even have built some muscle on it...Fats do seem to work good for me...with the weekly carb up, I seem to get full and round looking...and with the pro/fats I seem to burn fat off very fast...

Exactly...i spent over an hour talking with chris about past experiences, diets, how he felt etc, before we decided to go keto again...never reinvent the wheel...only perfect it

weight is around 260lbs still, got down to a low of 255-256lbs this past week...before carb up..this morning I was 258lbs...

nothing yet, i use explosion pre workout...maybe some extra caffine for now...but not yet ...I will but Mike and I will go over what he likes (I know he likes E/C/A)
 
Diet for week 13/22

No real changes in diet this week...so diet will look like this..

6 am- CARDIO - 45 mins

7 am- Meal 1 - 5 whole eggs

9 am- Meal 2 - 40 grams Whey Isolate (about 1 1/2 scp of PN whey isolate) 2 tbsp natural penut butter

11 am- Meal 3 - 6 oz. Chicken breast, 2oz. Cashews, green beans (1 cup)

1 pm- Meal 4 - Same as meal 2 (whey shake with natural p.b.)

3 pm- Meal 5 - 6oz. Tuna, green beans (1 cup) 2oz. Cashews

4:30 pm - Train (around 60-75 mins) BCAA n More mixed with Explosion (pre/during drink mix)

5:30 pm - Meal 6 - Pepto Pro (1-2 scp ?) (this is something we are gonna try out for a week)

6:30 pm - Meal 7 - 6oz. Lean Ground beef (90%) salad w/ olive oil and vinegar dressing

8:30 pm - Meal 8 - 6oz. Chicken breast, 2oz. Cashews, maybe green salad or green beans (1 cup)

Good info chris!! Thank you. One question why 2oz of nuts versus 1oz? That is 30 grams of fat. Just curious.

damn that was a typo, I meant 1oz. of cashews...my bad..LOL !!! Mike would have a heart attack if he had read that...LOL !!!

Hi Mike, yes I did brother. Can't wait to order the Isolate!! That was some great tasting and smooth protein. Did the new flavors come in yet? I forget to ask you about perhaps a Chocolate/Mint flavor. Also, I didnt use the Xplosion as of yet: waiting for my big match. That will be a true test for me. Speaking of which..I do not know how in the hell I can create a non -boring match for an hour. I have been studying some dvds though. I think I will my construct my match along the lines of what I saw Austin Aries vs Tyler Black did...a good solid 40 minutes of ring time and the rest "working" outside the ring... Clearing out PM box now.
