Did 21's with squats

Today was leg day and for one of my sets I decided to do 21's with squats. Had 315 on the bar and it felt great. My last 3 full reps had my whole body shaking.
 
So you did 7 reps top half, then 7 reps the bottom half of the motion, then 7 with the full range of motion?

Yeah that should burn like a mofo.
 
I did 21s sunday morning at the end of my leg workouton leg extensions. 3 sets of them. I almost fell on my face when I tried to stand up, loved it.
 
How are you feeling today from this? And this is just insane that you can muster the energy to train like this while dieting for a show
