Took some measurements today to see where I was. I still need my legs bigger, mainly the Hams, and calves.

5'10
280lbs
Arms 21 1/4"
Quads 28 1/2"
Calves 18"
 
21 1/4" Arms.. God damm Nuk.. Love to just have 20" arms.. You are on your way to 300 lbs.
 
Big guns for sure. If I remember right, nuk, its your quads or hams that I noticed needed work. The rest of ya was pro-level. I could be wrong. Im going off pics I rememeber in my brain. You have the genetics for sure and the will. If you got patients and a little luck, look out baby.

I havent been around since i been sick so not sure if I missed any recent photos you may have posted?

And what exactly are you doing different to help bring your hams and calves up?

And whats your plan in regards to getting back on stage?

From the pictures I remember, the quads looked great. But, I don't remember how the hams or calves looked.

I need to do some pics, still pretty lean to be an off-season 280+ lbs, was 282 yesterday. Im hitting calves as hard as I can, just not blessed with them. Dennis Wolf gives me hope, lol. I am doing hams everyday Im in the gym. I have my ham workout day and do at least 3 sets on an excercise everyday. Stage plans are to do the Jr. USA's and the Jr. Nat's. If I do great at the Jr. USA's, I may just go ahead and do the North American.
 
You sound a lot like me but I'm doing that for shoulders since they are lagging in width. But ignore that Presser guy, I think he's been drinking too much sough syrup
