ok guys, here is the first updated pics in two weeks. Im around 242lbs after carb up (was 240lbs friday, before eating carbs) I would say, im half way full, but not totally carbed up fully. Training the past week, was good except on Chest and triceps yesterday. The reason is because Im fighting some horriable elbow pain, right at the tip of my elbow (bottom of my tricep). It really is making me suffer pushing some weight around, on hammer incline presses, or any type of press, for the most part. Next week im going to try doing dumbell presses and work on my angles to see if there is a way to get around it, until it heals or do whatever it is gonna do. Going to the doctor next week sometime to get something to fight the pain or some stronger NSAID.
Diet this week, was tougher than normal, just because I Mike had me lower my fats on 4 out of 8 of my meals, and add in MCT powder to the first 4 meals. This made me super hungry, but each day I noticed that I leaned up and got dryer. Amazing simple thing like that worked wonders on me. No, plans on lower my cals, until I hit the wall with weight loss. So we will see. My metabolism is flying right now, and I think with the cardio, there will only be minor adjustments from this point on...

The one thing I wish you could see (you would if your could see me in person) is the small detail I have in my chest, and delts, im sure that will come out more each week, as I get leaner and dryer. But its there already, and its getting deeper and deeper each week.
