Information log / critique please

My first show is July 16th. 5 11' 225lbs

cardio 45 min a day
training 6 days a week (chest, legs, arms, shoulder/traps, back, off, abs calves)
hgh 4 ius a day
t3 50mcgs a day
clen 60 mcgs a day
test 800 a week (sust) willl change to prop/ tren later


Example of diet (yesterday)

*First meal 4 egg yolks 4 whites, 2 cups cream o wheat, banana

*hour later trained, post workout shake 60 carb, 35 prot , tanned to let settle, did 45 min cardio

*went home at 8 oz baked chicken, cup of rice

*3 hours later protein shake 50 grams, banana

*2 hours later 4 yolks, 4 whites, 2 cups steamed shredded potatoes

*last meal in evening 8 oz chicken, cup of brocolli

*protein shake at bedtime, 50 prot, 6 carbs

Thanks Big! I tooksom with my cell and will post on here tonigh when i figure out how to get them on here. My wife will take more with dig cam when get time. Dont be comparing me to nuk , chris ang gang lol tyhis is my first but im excited none the less. I know i still have a lot of fat but still 15 weeks out so cardio and diet should kock it off along with supps. I already can tell leaner with 2 weeks of cardio and diet. I just hope can hold the lil muscle i trained so hard for. Thank guys
