Question Chris, on your carb day are you only doing one meal or are you doing the whole day carbs? pics show you looking quite lean, even at 260 . The 250 pic really does show that you do not have that much fat on you. What target weight do you have in mind? It just seems like
maybe 20 lbs max of fat to be ripped
WoW!!! woke up this morning feeling like I got beat down...Im hungry, tired, and very sore...Its just painful to think about moving...I know once I get going Ill be ok...but this sucks...
anyway, i feel leaner today (again) I mean the fat is melting off....(so is sarah's) We are both starving here...We both find ourself's looking into the fridge in the middle of the night ...looking for nothing...LOL !!! you know dieting is hardcore, when you wake up in the middle of the night hoping that its 4 am so you can eat your first meal...(5 whole eggs, yummmm, yummmm)

I gotta give it up for midwest iron and all the local gyms that came out to this event. Great support, great show of raw strength. LightsOut it was great talking with you and i met a few others from the board as well. Its nice to put faces with names and talk in real life. Couldnt be happier for the success of this show for midwest iron. im glad they let us be part of it. This whole weekend would not be possible without Chris250. I owe you a lot for that big guy, youre the best, thanks so much for all the work, the talking and picture taking and be a truly great ambassador for not only us but the sport. You guys are so lucky to have chris on this board. there arent many like him left anymore...humble, honest, hard working guy who really cares about everyone...
